Safety & Conduct Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

Bamigbe Corp (“Bamigbe,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to promoting a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users of the Bamigbe platform.

This Safety & Conduct Policy outlines mandatory behavioral standards applicable to:

  • Customers
  • Passengers
  • Drivers
  • Couriers
  • Chauffeurs
  • All platform participants

This Policy forms part of Bamigbe’s Terms of Service.

2. General Safety Principles

All users must:

  • Act lawfully at all times
  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Prioritize safety in all interactions
  • Avoid conduct that may cause harm
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

A. Violence & Threatening Behavior

Users must not:

  • Engage in physical violence
  • Make threats of harm
  • Display weapons
  • Intimidate or coerce others
  • Engage in reckless endangerment

B. Harassment & Abuse

Zero tolerance for:

  • Verbal abuse
  • Discrimination
  • Hate speech
  • Sexual harassment
  • Unwanted advances
  • Bullying or intimidation

C. Illegal Activities

Users must not use the platform for:

  • Illegal deliveries
  • Criminal conduct
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Transport of prohibited items
  • Circumventing laws

D. Impairment & Substance Abuse

Users must not:

  • Participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Endanger others through impaired behavior

Drivers/providers must never operate vehicles while impaired.

4. Passenger Conduct Rules

Passengers must:

  • Follow provider safety instructions
  • Wear seatbelts when applicable
  • Avoid distracting the driver
  • Refrain from aggressive behavior
  • Avoid damaging vehicles
  • Not request illegal actions

Drivers may terminate rides if safety is compromised.

5. Delivery Conduct Rules

Customers sending items must:

  • Ensure items are lawful
  • Properly package items
  • Accurately disclose contents
  • Avoid hazardous materials
  • Avoid unsafe pickup/drop-off situations

Providers may refuse unsafe deliveries.

6. Driver / Provider Safety Requirements

Service providers must:

  • Maintain valid licenses
  • Maintain legally required insurance
  • Operate vehicles safely
  • Follow traffic laws
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Avoid discrimination
  • Avoid harassment
  • Protect customer property

7. Non-Discrimination Policy

Bamigbe prohibits discrimination based on:

  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • National origin
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability
  • Age
  • Any legally protected category

Violations may result in permanent removal.

8. Weapons Policy

Unless expressly permitted by law:

  • Weapons are prohibited during platform interactions
  • Displaying weapons in a threatening manner is strictly forbidden

9. Emergency Situations

In emergencies:

  • Contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately
  • Use available in-app safety features where applicable
  • Report incidents to Bamigbe

Bamigbe is not an emergency response provider.

10. Incident Reporting

Users are encouraged to report:

  • Safety concerns
  • Harassment
  • Dangerous behavior
  • Policy violations
  • Suspicious activity

Reports may trigger investigation.

11. Investigations & Enforcement

Bamigbe reserves the right to:

  • Investigate reported incidents
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate users
  • Cooperate with authorities
  • Take preventative safety measures

Decisions are made at Bamigbe’s discretion.

12. Account Restrictions

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent termination
  • Legal action where applicable

13. Safety Disclaimer

While Bamigbe promotes safety:

  • We cannot guarantee user behavior
  • Interactions occur with independent third parties
  • Users assume inherent risks

Users must exercise reasonable judgment.

14. Policy Modifications

Bamigbe may update this Policy periodically.

Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
