Bamigbe is not a transportation carrier, delivery company, or employer of drivers.

4. Eligibility

You must:

  • Have legal capacity to enter contracts

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. User Accounts

Users may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Service providers are independent contractors.

7. Service Provider Relationship

Drivers, couriers, and chauffeurs:

  • Are not employees or agents of Bamigbe
  • Are responsible for licenses, insurance, and compliance
  • Control how services are performed

Bamigbe does not supervise or manage providers.

8. Payments & Fees

Users agree to:

  • Pay all applicable charges
  • Authorize payment processing
  • Accept pricing structures displayed in the app
  • Acknowledge variable pricing

Payments are processed through third-party providers.

Fees may include:

  • Service charges
  • Booking fees
  • Cancellation fees
  • Surge or dynamic pricing adjustments

All charges are final unless otherwise required by law.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary.

Users may be charged fees for:

  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Provider wait time

Refunds are granted at Bamigbe’s discretion unless legally mandated.

10. Delivery Services – User Responsibilities

Users sending items agree:

  • Items are lawful
  • Items are properly packaged

  • Items are safe for transport

11. Prohibited Items

Users must not send:

  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons
  • Hazardous materials
  • Explosives
  • Perishable goods (unless permitted)
  • Stolen property

Bamigbe may refuse or cancel deliveries.

12. Chauffeur Services – User Responsibilities

Passengers agree:

  • Follow safety instructions
  • Not endanger providers
  • Not damage vehicles

Providers may refuse unsafe rides.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.
